And it’s something so many of us experience… quietly, silently, behind the scenes.

In this post, I want to gently guide you through that space.
Not to bypass it or slap positivity over it… but to show you how I moved from that place of lethargy and disconnection—back into vitality, joy, and alignment.

Step 1: Awareness — Feel What’s Real

The first step is always awareness.

Not just in your mind, but in your body.
Not just labeling the feeling, but letting yourself actually feel it.

When I was in that space recently, I couldn’t even get out of bed. I’d wake up and just lie there… not sleeping, not doing anything—just existing horizontally until I had no choice but to move.

And when you’re in that space, it’s not a “just do some yoga and you’ll feel better” type of thing.
It takes everything to even begin.

So the invitation is this:

✨ Breathe.
✨ Tune into the sensation.
✨ Let it be uncomfortable.
✨ Let it be tender.
✨ Let it be whatever it is.

Sometimes it’s sadness.
Sometimes it’s anger.
Sometimes it’s just fog.

Sometimes we need to cry.
Sometimes we need to scream into a pillow.
Sometimes we need to lie there and just feel it all.

There is a sacredness in allowing.
Because only when a feeling is fully felt can it be released and transmuted.


Step 2: Intuition — Let the Wisdom Come

Once you’ve created space, something magical starts to happen.
The whispers begin. The body speaks.

And it’s not the monkey mind doing its usual spinning and analyzing.

It’s something quieter. Deeper.

You might get a little nudge—
“Watch something inspiring.”
“Move your body a little.”
“Call that friend.”
“Go outside.”

For me, it was like a gentle stream of inner knowing.
I watched a video. I meditated.
And in that silence, something clicked—I realized I had been sleeping in a hoodie in 78°F weather. In Bali. With the AC off.

My thyroid was out of balance.
I wasn’t taking my supplements properly.
And I’d been eating things (like corn flour in my rice cakes) that were likely triggering my system.

That realization didn’t come from my mind—it came through the space created by awareness and stillness.


Step 3: Action — Move Gently, Move Often

Once the wisdom comes through… the next step is acting on it.

Even if it’s small.
Even if it’s clumsy.
Even if there’s resistance.

There’s always resistance—especially when you’re coming out of a low place. But your body starts to remember what it’s like to feel good.

For me, it started with saying yes to a yoga and cacao festival.
I didn’t feel like going. I almost bailed. But I went.

I didn’t meet the friend I expected to connect with… but I met other beautiful souls, had deep conversations, and felt so nourished.

Then came brunches with friends. Conversations about Joe Dispenza and self-healing. More reminders that I’m not alone. That I’m held. That I’m not stuck—just shifting.

I returned to my yoga practice. I added meditation. Somatics. I adjusted my supplements. I kept stacking tiny shifts… and each one brought me closer to myself.


Your Energy Will Return — One Step at a Time

The truth is, it wasn’t one big “aha” moment.

It was a layering. A spiral.
A process of saying yes—again and again.

Awareness.
Intuition.
Action.
Repeat.

And the more you do, the easier it becomes. The more momentum you build. The more you return—not just to baseline, but to an even more vibrant version of you.
